What are your billing terms?

Most customers pay annually with net 30 billing. We have flexible billing options like quarterly billing (those are typically additional investments).

What IT infrastructure investments do I need to deploy Amper?

You will need to have Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity on your shop floor and 110V electrical drops for powering Amper. While optional, we strongly recommend tablets/computers for your operators and large screens where you can show live scoreboards.

Who owns the data?

You own all the data. We store data in the cloud using best-in-class encryption methods, so your information is always safe.

Do you offer training?

Yes! We pair you with a dedicated Customer Success Engineer to help you with implementation and continuous improvement projects. You can also access plenty of free guides and resources.

Do you integrate with ERPs?
